Ninth Wave Restaurant

Ninth Wave is a destination restaurant on the wild moors of Mull. We showcase quality modern Pacific Rim cuisine with vibrant ethnicity: a celebration of quality produce gathered from the magnificent provender of Scotland.

Ninth Wave’s approach is based on seasonality, using the croft’s own home-grown produce, fresh-caught seafood and organic meats from the island. Owners John & Carla Lamont invite you to explore the ever-changing menu that is sourced from fisherman’s sustainable catches and crofter’s bounty.

Please be aware, due to diners requests the Ninth Wave is no longer be open for evening meals. The restaurant is changing to mainly catering for luxury group 4 course lunches for 8-16 people and custom Travel Trade packages.

Newly Launched: Welcome Wednesdays & Thursdays

Each Wednesday & Thursday from May to September 28th Ninth Wave will be offering open luxury 4 course lunches days, that diners with smaller parties of 1-7 can book in for. Featured will be an exquisite set lunch celebrating our usual great range of Mull produce. The presentation-style lunch will begin at 1pm and will be hosted by Chef Carla Lamont. The imaginative and ever-changing dishes will be explained in between courses. Hedonism on a Plate. Do come along!
